We experimented on making playdoh for T's party and had a blast with them.  Thomas loved it!  Now we know how to make it for him anytime :)

Cake decorating class

Mama took cake decorating class to learn how to make fondant in time for Thomas's party!  Train cake is the challenge and we hope to be able to make it for Thomas :D

Thomas practiced blowing his candle and proceeded to eat ALL the sugar flowers on the cake!

J at Little Gym

John joined his 1st Little Gym class and was such a behaved boy! He listened very intently to Teacher Sara the whole time and played with his new friend Liam Reyes :)  John is also very much like his Kuya - playing with the little ends of the mats rather than on the mat.

Children's Day

Buzz Lightyear celebrated Children's Day at Rosemont and got his stash of candies, doctors kit, bubbles (which he spilled the minute he got home).  John joined Kuya as a little chef but sadly has no picture. :S  Here Thomas is eating his HUGE marshmallow lollipop from Gianna - TY Gianna :)

I sleep so well - 3 hours :)

After every nap, Thomas wakes up and tells us - I sleep so well!  3 hours.  Always 3 hours no matter whether he napped for 1 hour or 3 hours, always 3 hours :D

He's getting so much better at conversing with us :)

Mickey Mouse Magic Show

Brought cousins Andi & Santiago to watch Mickey Mouse Magic Show. Thomas loves the characters but couldn't quite get the magic tricks yet. Andi of course enjoyed it all because she understood what was going on - and she loved the girls getting cut in half & switching red/blue pants. :)  Santiago enjoyed the popcorn and John enjoyed eating my hair ;)

Teacher's Day

After a week of horrible cough, colds, fever and not being able to sleep because he couldn't breath, John is finally well!  Back to smiles :)

Papa is so funny!!!

Epic travel day!

Started off on Sunday 5pm when we drove out of Papa Dennis's driveway to head to the Toronto airport.  Thankfully spent just 1 minute going through immigrations even if we lined up for an hour to get through the border.  Got to the airport just in time for our flight and after delays... took off around 11pm.  We were really lucky to get a row of 4 seats so the boys & I were able to sleep well. :)  Papa Dan guarded us the whole time & slept only 1 hour. :(  Poor papa. 

Landed in Manila at 5.47am and then had no problems getting the 3 boxes!!!  So exciting :)  Mama & Papa both came in separate cars to pick us up... only for us all to be stranded in the airport parking lot for another 8 hours because of the floods.  We attempted 4x to leave the parking but had no luck getting far because we had 1/8 tank left of gas and the floods were crazy.  Finally made it home at 2.30pm.  

Through all the craziness, the boys were in high spirits and were such troopers!  Thomas especially.  He never acted out or cried -he was hyper & kept playing with John & the car.  But was really such a good boy. :)  John instantly had curly hair the moment we stepped out in the rain.  Back to curly tops :)

So nice to be back in our beds & home.  Home sweet home.

Buffalo Zoo & party at the Ostranders

Saw so many cool animals at the Buffalo Zoo!  Elephants, leopards, polar bears, reindeers, armadillo!  There was even a rainforest with beautiful birds and monkeys.  Thomas couldn't stop pointing & running around :) 

Thomas & Dan went on to party at the Ostrander's place and T went wild on the trampoline & water slide while John & Mama relaxed at home.

Fowlers & Wegmans

We went wild shopping at Fowlers (who knew those chocolates were so expensive!) and at Wegmans!  How we've missed the delicious treats...

Strong Museum & Dino BBQ

A very different experience from the 1st time we visited last year.  Thomas really loved the Wegmans shop where we could pick his own food, checkout in the cash register, bake cookies & brownies.  He loved it!  

Thomas also rode the train (again) and then escaped off to the middle of the train loop where he pulled the antique train cart from its place.  The woman guide freaked out. :P
