Pizza day & painting / J's vaccine shot

T had a packed day at school & in our SE playdate.  This morning, he painted a ladybug on his shirt (by accident turned out to be his adorable curious george tshirt) and then he had a great time making pizzas at Tita Mina's house.  He loved the remote control car & learned how to pedal on Andrea's bike.

Tita Annie gave John his 3rd month vaccine shot ... poor baby J cried for a few seconds. =.(

Had a nice family dinner with the Guavas for Tita Christine's & Luis's birthdays.  They are off to San Carlos for a month... we will miss them very much!

Date movie: Ironman 3

Was an awesome movie!  So happy Dan & I were able to have a movie date while the boys were sleeping soundly at Narra with Lolo & Lola :)

By week 14, John has been staring intently at his left hand like it's the coolest thing ever! :)

Upon putting the icing into the icing bags, Thomas put the tip into his mouth & started squeezing the icing!  Then he discovered how delicious fondant actually is.  Instead of eating his cupcake, he munched on his fondant.  Nom nom nom!

At night we attended the Manolet Manosa event & won Pancake House & Shakey's GC's.

Back to summer school

Thomas was really excited to go back to class and show his teachers his new "butiki" and guitar keychains.  

He was a superstar when he entered and everyone said "wow, hi Thomas!!!!" :)  "He's dark now but still so handsome!"

Had a great day at the beach & swimming in the pool. :)  Family time for 4 of us while John sun bathed on the lounge chair.  Thomas showed off his awesome swimming skills by jumping off papa's back 100x.

Our 4-day vacation is over and we will ride the boat & bus & airplane again to go back home to Lolo & Lola!

Dinner at Cyma

The ONE and ONLY time we left the resort was to hear Mass and have dinner at Cyma.  Lola & Papa Dan were melting in the heat and couldn't wait to get back to Shang.  Cyma was surprisingly packed while the other restaurants were not as full - good choice! :)

Hello Boracay & Chi spa

We went to Boracay for a 4-day vacation with Lola Perlita and Karen.  

Started off the vacation by swimming in the pool all afternoon + enjoying happy hour +  having the best massage ever at Chi!

Dan is a citizen! & Ana gave the WR graduation speech

After almost 8 months - Dan finally got his recognition status cleared and is now definitely a Philippine Citizen ;)  And I also delivered the opening remarks at the Woodrose Grade School graduation.  We had a family lunch date at CPK then Kuya Thomas went swimming with Teacher Ria.  Ended the day celebrating Paolo's graduation at Palms.  Wonderful day :)

Science experiments playdate & booked for Boracay :)

Boracay - here we come!  Dan booked our flights & hotel for our trip with Lola Perlita :)

Thomas also enjoyed his playdate at Monica & Matthew's house to see the science experiments.

Dentist day

Visited Tita Vicky for a check up.  Thomas watched Papa & Mama have their teeth cleaned and was amazingly well-behaved while his teeth were being cleaned too.  Had a great family lunch at Robinson's Magnolia and "yummy" candyland ice cream at Magnolia ice cream parlor.

2nd meeting with HSBC & John's US passport

Dan had his 2nd meeting with the banks - now with HSBC.  Meeting was great & Papa was happy they are interested in the redemption plan. :D  Woot woot!!!

John also gets his US passport today ... officially a citizen :)

We all have Philippine passports

Dan visits DFA and gets approval to get his Philippine passport + picks up John's & my passports too. Woot woot!
